    Are products sold authentic?
    All products being sold in mychef.com.tr are completely authentic.
    Are VAT included in the prices of the products?

    VAT is included in the sale prices of all products sold on mychef.com.tr.

    What should I do if the product I ordered is the wrong size, color or model?

    If the product arrives different from the size, model or color you ordered, you can find the product you received from my `Account` > `My orders` page and create a return request. Afterwards, you can send it back free of charge with the shipping code of our contracted shipping company that we send you via e-mail.

    I created a new order, can I change my order?

    For orders placed on mychef.com.tr, if your order has not yet been delivered to the cargo, you can find and change the product you received from `My Orders` page.

    Can I change the delivery address of my order?

    Check whether your order has been shipped. If the product you ordered has not been delivered to the shipping company, you can change the delivery address. For this, you can contact customer service at +90 (000) 000 00 00.

    Can I exchange or return my product even though it is personalized with a logo or name?

    Unfortunately, personalized products with logos or names cannot be exchanged or returned as they are custom-made.

    How should I choose the size of the product?

    We use separate patterns for men's and women's sizes in our products. Please select the product size based on the size of the t-shirt or shirt you typically wear in your daily life.

    Can I place an order with cash on delivery?

    We do not accept cash on delivery orders. You can make payment via credit card or bank transfer.

    Shipping / Transportation

    When will my order arrive?

    Orders are delivered to the recipient within 4-7 business days. This duration may extend during promotional periods. You can track your order with the email sent to you when your order is shipped. Click here for shipment tracking.

    Is there anything specific I should pay attention to when receiving the cargo delivery?
    Yes, during shipment via cargo, products may be damaged due to mishandling by the courier. Therefore, when receiving the product, you should check for any signs of crushing, tearing, or moisture on the package. If such a situation occurs, you should refuse to accept the cargo and ask the courier to prepare an official report.
    How can I find out if my order has been shipped?

    You can track your order status on the website through the 'Order Details' page.

    How can I get my package if I missed the delivery?
    If you are not available at the provided address, the product you ordered will be delivered to the nearest cargo branch to your location. It will be held at the branch for 3 days. You can pick up the product from the branch by presenting your ID number. Products that are not collected within 3 days will be returned to www.app-ron.com.

    Cancellation / Return

    How long does it take for the refund to be processed after cancelling the order?
    When you cancel an order or return the product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time the product reaches us.
    Are personalized (customized) products accepted for return?
    There are absolutely no returns for personalized products.
    How many days do I have to return the product I purchased?
    You can return the product within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you.
