How to Take Body Measurements for Our Products?
The comfort and fit of our chef jackets throughout the wearing process are possible with the right size selection. There are certain points that should be considered for taking accurate measurements in different parts of the body. Taking measurements from the wrong places or using incorrect techniques during measurement will prevent the chef jacket from providing the desired features. By applying the methods we share with you in the rest of our article, you can find your size and make the right size selection during shopping.

How to Measure Your Waist?
1- Remove or raise your clothing. To get an accurate measurement, make sure the tape measure is touching your bare skin, so ensure there are no layers of clothing covering your waist. Take off your shirt or raise it up to just below your chest. If you have high-waisted pants, unbutton them and lower them towards your hips.
2- Identify your waistline. You can use the top of your hip bones and the bottom of your ribcage as reference points to locate your waistline correctly. Your waist is the soft area between these two bony structures. You can also think of your waist as the narrowest part of your torso. The area you will measure will usually be at or slightly above your navel.
3- Wrap the tape measure around your waist. Stand up and breathe normally. Hold one end of the tape measure on your belly and wrap it around to the back of your waist. The tape measure should be parallel to the ground and should fit comfortably around your body without pressing into your skin. Make sure the tape measure is completely flat around your waist and is not twisted, especially at the back.
4- Read the tape measure. Exhale and then check the measurement on the tape measure. Your waist measurement will be where the loose end of the tape measure with the zero mark meets the fixed end.
5- Double-check your measurement. To ensure the accuracy of your first measurement, repeat the measurement once more. If it’s different from the first, measure a third time and take the average of the three measurements.
How to Measure Arm Length?
The arm is measured from the top of the arm (shoulder) to a desired point on the hand, slightly bent at the elbow (outer arm length).
Also, with the help of a ruler, the inner arm length is measured from the point where the arm meets the body to the desired point on the wrist.

How to Measure Height?
When standing upright on a flat surface without tensing your body, your waist circumference is measured by wrapping a tape measure around the midpoint between the last rib bone and the top of the hip bone, or more simply, by wrapping the tape measure around your navel. This way, you can determine your Height Measurement.
How to Measure the Chest?
Measure around the widest part of your chest and across your back, keeping the tape measure parallel to the ground.
The tape measure should be held loosely enough to allow one finger to fit under it. This way, you can determine your chest measurement.
