Return and Exchange Policy
All products purchased from www.mychef.com.tr are under the guarantee of MYCHEF – ATAFORM TEXTILE. You have the right to exchange and return the products you have purchased within the framework of the conditions specified below.
Return and Exchange Policy
1- The product(s) to be exchanged or returned must be unused, unsoiled, and not altered (no alterations such as hemming, ironing marks, sewing, or resizing).
2- For Sabo slippers exchanges and returns, the product must be returned in its original box. There should be no signs of use or short-term usage (no dirt on the sole, no marks on the leather parts, etc.).
3- Products that do not meet the conditions stated in points 1 and 2 will not be accepted for return or exchange.
4- Delivery costs for exchanges:
4a – In case of errors by the SELLER (wrong/incomplete product sent, mismatch in size/top or bottom, manufacturing defects, etc.), the shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
4b – In case of errors by the BUYER (wrong model, color, size, quantity selected, etc.), the shipping costs will be covered by the BUYER. To avoid high shipping costs, you can send the products via Yurtiçi Cargo. When delivering your package to the Yurtiçi Cargo branch, you can state, “I want to send my package with the prepaid MNG CARGO account number of MYCHEF at a discounted rate. Return Authorization Code: ……” to benefit from a suitable shipping rate.
5- To expedite the return and exchange process, remember to fill out the RETURN / EXCHANGE FORM provided with your order legibly.
6- The return and exchange period for products is 14 days from the delivery date.
7- The products to be returned must be accompanied by the product invoice. If the invoice for the product is corporate, it must be accompanied by the return invoice issued by the company when returning. Returns of orders invoiced to corporations will not be completed without an ISSUED RETURN INVOICE.
8- Exchange conditions also apply to return conditions.
9- When returning the purchased product, do not forget to include the RETURN / EXCHANGE FORM containing information such as the desired change or reason for return inside the package.
10- Refunds are processed within 10 business days following the receipt of the returned product.
11- During shipment, open and inspect packages you suspect to be damaged in the presence of the courier company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery without drawing up a report. Otherwise, remember that courier companies do not accept any responsibility.
